Hello from the UK

Hi everyone,

I bought my first smoker a couple of months ago and am loving it!
I have a ProQ Frontier Elite, and have tried a few things: pulled pork, chicken, cote de boeuf, and I've also done a bit of cold-smoking.

I'm from a small town called Berkhamsted in the UK, about 30 miles NW of London.
I'm looking forward to learning a lot from everyone here.
