Hi Ricky. Welcome to the forum. Where in the UK are you from?

Before we can help with the smokehouse can you let us know what you are expecting to smoke as this will affect the advice. Are you looking to hot smoke (e.g. pulled pork, brisket, ribs) or cold smoke (Salmon, cheese, bacon etc.). Maybe you are looking to do both.
