hi all, I've been smoking for a year and a half. I picked up the hobby with my old man as a birthday gift to him. I'm a pork guy myself while my dad likes ribs. recently gotten into the sausage end of things and loving every second of it. I reside in Bellingham Washington and smoke with a Masterbuilt electric. excited to get some more knowledge. thanks!
