I have been reading the forums for quite a while to pick up tips and tricks and finally decided to join in some of the discussions. Weekend smoker here, I have a old homebuilt offset that sits off property and a 40" MES that I can keep on the deck of the condo.
With everyone being stuck inside I took advantage of leaving St Louis and hanging out at the lake. Yesterday we did some beef ribs on the MES.
I didn't get a huge smoke ring but the flavor was outstanding.
