Hi everyone.  I live just east of Houston in the small town of Mont Belvieu. I've been smoking meat for a fairly long time but still consider myself a novice. I have an Old Country Pecos stick burner and really enjoy cooking on it.  Looking to learn from others and sharing my experiences.
