New to the site, Ive been douing alot of reading here this is a great website. I just got my Brinkman vertcal put together this morning. And thanks to this website I know that Im gouing to have to replace the charcoal pan with a basket. I look forward to reading and learning here. Thanks again for a great website. I hope to get my smoker cured and smoke a fatty and maybe a roll of bologna this weekend.

Welcome aboard and congrats on the smoker!  As you've read I'm sure, we like our Qview....so make sure you have that camera handy when you roll up that fattie!  If you have any questions don't hesitate to post them.

First off Welcome to SMF. Congrats on the new smoker now get busy smoking. You'll like it here for there are alot of really good folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking. Now there are alot of proven recipes for some amazing things here too. So if you need sign up for the E-Course it's free and it will give you the basics of smoking and some good methods to use also. So the next big thing for you to do is go out and get you something to smoke and if you happen to have any questions just post it here and we will be happy to answer them for you.
