Hey all,

My name is Sean, virgin to the forum, not a virgin to smoking or grilling. Came across this site by looking at new smokers on Lowe's and googled Master Forge Smokers and grills. So here i am, i have been reading alot or tutorials and looking at some GREAT pictures. You guys definately know what your doing and i have to say, this is a awesome site. only down side is i didn't find it sooner. Now that i know this is here and i am finally a member, i will be posting pictures often.

I have a pig roast i am doing on Memorial Day weekend, so i plan on putting those on here for all to see. Love roasting whole hogs, been doing it now for about 8+ years. I believe i am going to steal or let me say borrow some of those sauce recipes i read on here for the pulled and sliced pork sandwiches when the pig is done. Anyway, i appreciate you letting me join and look forward to meeting and talking with all of you soon.
