hello from springfield, mo

  1. Hello all, I just got a 40" masterbuilt electric smoker with thermometer. Looking at smoking two butts for a new years party. Any tips never done it before and just trying to scour the web for good info.

     Pulled pork is very forgiving and hard to mess up. Figure 1.5 to 2 hours per lb. if cooking low and slow @ 225 or so.

    That's per butt, don't add them together.
