Finally got around to signing up here, after spending the last six months lurking and learning on the site.
I'm from Southwestern Ontario, and I got my first smoker, a Masterbuilt 30" Electric Smoker, earlier this spring. So far I've used it to smoke back ribs many times, pork shoulders, salmon, jerky (my only real failure so far!) spatchcocked chickens, chicken wings and even used it without smoke to warm up and baste a ham this Thanksgiving while the oven was full of turkey!
You have all been so helpful with some amazing tips and tricks for noobs like myself, and I look forward to participating in discussions now that I'm a member.
