Hello from Salt Lake City

Just wanted to say hello to everyone on the forum. I’ve been lurking around here for a year or so and have found so much great info to take my smoking up a few levels.
My wife gave me a masterbuilt electric smoker for Xmas the year before last and it has literally changed my life. I just picked up a dirt cheap offset to add to the fun and am looking forward to smoking piles of meat with it. The test run went surprisingly well. Thanks everyone for a great forum.
