Hello all, my name is Rob, I reside in the wonderful resort town of Rochester NY. (Yes that's a joke).
I'm old school griller, wannabe smoker. I've tried my hand a few times but it's more along the line of using wood chips to give grilled stuff a smokey flavor.
I got me a Charbroil 5 burner SS gas grill, a 22.5" Weber Kettle, and a GOSM Big Block on the way.
My goal in life is to make killer ribs and brisket. I like pulled pork but it's not a favorite, there is nothing better to me than killer smoked brisket.
I look forward to learning from all of your experience. I'm sure I'll be a nuisance for a while :)
