Hello all, my name is Brian. I'm new to the whole smoking thing. Before the only thing I used is an A-MAZE-N Tube. I just recently bought a Traeger Pro. So I did upgrade substantially. My ultimate goal is to get ribs and brisket right. Well I know I will be asking stupid questions, just bear with me.
