Hello from Pensacola, FL

Hi everyone my name is Shane I am from Florida I have been grilling and smoking for about 10 years. I have a New Braunfels smoker I don't know what model it is, which is the reason I found this forum. I was trying to find info on my smoker when I came across this site and lurked for a little while and seen that this is a cool site. I am looking forward to the wealth of information that this site has to offer. Thank you in advance.

Dodeen welcome. You have come to the right place for info. Everyone is very willing and there isn't anying that someone hasn't done or have a solution for in regards to smoking meat.

P.S I grew up in Pensacola. Moved to Kansas after college.
