Hello from Ohio

Hello SMF!

My name is Nick, and I'm from NW Ohio.  I'm relatively new to smoking, and I came here to pick up some pointers.  

I started smoking this summer using a smoker box on top of my propane grill.  I just "upgraded" to a cheapo side-box smoker just in the last 2 weeks.
