Love this site, thanks! I'm an Aussie, so spent the last 6 years relearning what BBQ is, US style. Now adidcted. Do most of our cooking, playin with a lil weber smokey grill, new weber genesis bad boy and now a fully modded ECB. First run of two chickens blew my mind, today is my first attempt at smoked ribs on the ECB.
