Hello from NorCal - Brentwood

Fairly new to smoking. Really enjoy cooking, smoking, and BBQing. All my friends love me because I always cook way to much for just the wife and I. I have a Yoder YS640 (since June 2018) and a Pit Boss Kamado BBQ. Plan on getting a Dave Klose charcoal grill within the next year. Always looking to improve my abilities and resources.
Finally sunny out for the last few days so I've fired up the Yoder and smoked a couple racks of St Louis ribs and a brisket Planning another brisket and some butter chicken. This is an addiction! (but unlike some others a good one)
I look forward to learning a lot more.
