I've been doing a little smoking for the last 10 years. Never had a 'true' smoker, just used a charcoal grill mostly. Saving up for a Shirley!! God those things are beautiful!! Originally from Savannah, GA, so to me BBQ is pork, chicken & a brisket every now & then with Carolina Mustard Sauce. You can get the best sauce from Wadmalaw Island near Charleston.
