Hello from N. Florida!

Hi.  My husband and I met some of you at the N. Fl gathering last April.  We found everyone we met to be very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.  I am looking forward to renewing some of the acquaintances I made then and making some new ones.  I am currently using a grill that was made out of a oil pipe that my welder father-in-law made.  By the time you put the fire on one side and the meat on the other it doesn't leave a lot of room for meat, but it works for me!  Eventually I will upgrade to something larger, but for now I am having fun playing.

First off Welcome Cheryl to SMF. You'll really like it here for there are a lot of really good guys an gals that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking meat. Now if you need there is a 5 day E-Course that is very helpfull to newbies to the smoking world. Then you can always just ask question here and we will answer what ever you need to know. So the best thing to do next is go get something to smoke and if you need ring us up. Oh yea don't forget the Q-view or pictures. So after all of that.
