Hello Everyone,
I stumbled on this site a few days ago while doing research for a new smoker. I am relatively new to the smoking world (less than 2 Years). My first and only smoker to date is a Mini-WSM that I built 2 summers ago, although today I just bought an A-MAZE-N 12" pellet Tube Smoke Generator. It's nice to work 3 miles from the warehouse that they ship from in MN. Just had to go pick it up over lunch. I look forward to learning many things from everyone. My favorite things to smoke are Spare and Loinback Ribs and Almonds. Still up in the air on which route to go for my new smoker. With 4 kids under 6, I don't get a lot of time to tend a fire.
