Hi, everyone. I decided that, this summer, I will learn to smoke perfect ribs. Been lurking the forums for a few weeks and pouring over reviews of grills/techniques. Finally decided to join so that I could ask questions and talk with everyone. I ended up getting an 18" Smoke Vault, then splurged and got a ThermoPro and gasket seal and other accessories. I'm looking forward to talking/learning about the greatest food on God's green earth with you all.

What about in Flint? I lived in Swartz Creek and Flint and still go up there to visit family a couple times per year.
