Greeting all. My name is Henry, and I have a problem. I love BBQ to the point it hurts (my waistline). A little about myself, stick burner only, I cook mainly on my Lang 84", but have a couple other smaller units around the house. I work in the aviation industry to fund my BBQ/Hunting/Fishing habits. My family has a long running history of BBQ in Florida and the Southeast, my Great uncle started Fatboy's BBQ years and years ago, and since then other distant family members have started Sonny's, Dustins, and some other small spin offs. I was researching smoking a turducken when I found this forum, can't believe I never found it before. My father and I compete in the Florida BBQ Association and run a catering outfit on the side, but nothing beats BBQing for your friends and family. I love different aspects of regional BBQ, and trying out different ideas. Look forward to participating and sharing ideas.
