Hello SMF. Long time lurker here. I made it my New Years resolution to register...consider it done. Easiest resolution ever; even preempted the new year, ha! I am in the Navy currently teaching at the Naval Academy, but am a Surface Warfare Officer by community and have served on Aegis destroyers. I head back to sea in a bit over a year after a swing through Newport, RI, so I am trying to get a bunch of smoking in between now and then.

I built a UDS as my first smoker and it was recently replaced, courtesy of an awesome wifey, by a backwoods party.
