Hello everyone! I live up in Northern Maine, right next to Baxter State Park. My wife got me a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker with Bluetooth technology. I have already done a few different things in it, since seasoning it yesterday, and can't wait to use it all year long. I was a chef for 10 years, then went into food sales and distribution.
