Hi,

Just getting started, but been interested in smoking for several years. Recently bought a modified, Expert Grill, CWS. Took it's maiden voyage yesterday. Smoked up a 4.5 lbs chicken and some burgers. Maybe next time I'll remember to snap some pics.
