Hey guys, I've been a long time lurker here and have used Jeff's rub and sauce recipes since I purchased them years ago. This forum is a real wealth of information, I appreciate immensely the amount of knowledge I have gained here. Today I have a Chuckie on the Weber using the snake method. My MES30 finally gave up the ghost after I had prepped this Chuckie yesterday. So delay a day and try the snake method, never done it before but so far so good. The MES will get a rewire and PID before too long. Hope you all have a great day.
Andrew

Welcome from Indiana and good luck with the chuckie!
I've been using the old Weber a lot lately because the weather has been lousy for the offset and I had forgotten how versatile it is.
