Have had my Weber 600 for about a year. Love it.. Cook just about anything on it.
Love to learn from the real people of the world.
Done 12 butts so far. Gotten whole shoulders from Snake River, Basic butts from the grocery and Costco.
On one cook, I decided not to pull the pork. Left it whole and only sliced what was needed. It worked really well for meal prep for OTR hubs.
