Hey everyone, been using the site for recipes and tips for awhile now so i figured it was time to join. Not entirely new to smoking but seems like there's something new to learn all the the time. Started on a little bullet grill/smoker and then moved up to a small Smoky Hollow I had got for christmas couple years ago. Just recently upgraded to a Masterbuilt MES140. So far im loving it.
