Hello all. Jeremy here. Long time lurker, first time poster. I've read and used fantastic tips/recipes from this site for the past year and figured it was about time i said hi and thanks! I've been grilling for years but only recently began BBQ'ing when I bought the smoke box attachment to my Char-Grill Outlaw model. After reading a few posts and feeling pretty confident, I attempted a few briskets, a pork butt and most recently a 15lb turkey over Thanksgiving. All have turned out ok --as in edible-- with MUCH room for improvement. Anyway, I enjoy BBQ'ing and everything about it and I am glad to have found this site!
