Hello all. Jeremy here.  Long time lurker, first time poster.  I've read and used fantastic tips/recipes from this site for the past year and figured it was about time i said hi and thanks!  I've been grilling for years but only recently began BBQ'ing when I bought the smoke box attachment to my Char-Grill Outlaw model. After reading a few posts and feeling pretty confident, I attempted a few briskets, a pork butt and most recently a 15lb turkey over Thanksgiving.  All have turned out ok --as in edible-- with MUCH room for improvement.

Anyway, I enjoy BBQ'ing and everything about it and I am glad to have found this site!

Hello Jeremy...welcome aboard!  This is the best place I know for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of friendly, knowledgeable folks who really enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input here, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
