I am a recent retired Navy vet and have been smoking in a ceramic grill for about 5 years now. I really enjoy trying new ideas and new cuts of meat. I am about to undertake my first hot smoke bacon, due to Florida’s raging heat. I froze 19 lbs to cold smoke when these temp lightens up. I have been an active viewer and reader of the forums for years so figured time to make an account.
