I'm a new member to SMF but I have been following the forum for quite awhile. First I want to say thank-you for all the great tips and advice on you all have. I currently have a MES, an Oklahoma Joe's and a custom built cold smoker. My brother owns a brewery so I have also been experimenting with smoking grains and flavor extraction for various brews. This forum has been a great help in that aspect also.
