I am a newcomer to the site and smoking in general.  I have a Primo Oval XL that I am having a wonderful time learning to smoke with.  I have done pizzas, breads, pork, chicken etc. and try to use my smoker daily.  I am looking forward to learning new tricks and testing new recipes.  Since winter is almost upon us here in Maine I am curious as to how my Primo will work on the deck at 10 below!
