Hi everyone! I've been smoking for a while now and love it. The wife and I are thinking of dabbling into the food truck/trailer gig or maybe even some catering. I'm sure I'll be asking all of you some questions on that in the future. This forum looks like it has a lot of great people that like to have fun and I'm happy to be a part of it!!!
