Hey everybody, Kevin here. I've been on these forums before and always enjoyed the conversations and information available.

I own a concession trailer/catering business that I started in July of 2017. Food is cooked on a beautiful Peoria Custom Cooker Meat Monster that I picked up last May.

I'm looking forward to getting to know the people here!

Thanks, it's definitely my pride and joy. It's insulated so well I can run 300 degrees in negative temperatures and never have a problem.
