Hello from Buffalo, NY!

I would consider myself a greenhorn at smoking as I had bought my first smoker just a few years ago. Its a propane Smokey Mountain and I absolutely love it. Nothing beats firing up the smoker on Saturday morning and let all those great smells fill up the neighborhood.

Of course the best part of smoking is eating the end results. Mmmmmmmm. Looking forward to learning some new things here and get some great tips and ideas. Glad to be part of the community!!

About 55 miles South of ya down by the Res near the PA line. Got a GOSM too and love it. Nice meating you and you'll learn a lot from these folks.
