I am a new member living in Sun City West Arizona. I am originally from Joliet Illinois about 45 miles Southwest of Chicago. I have been smoking on my 24 inch Camp Chef Woodwind for about 2 1/2 years. I have done briskets, ribs, pork butt along with poultry and seafood. I look forward to see what others do!
