Hey all. I have been lurking for a while, but just recently got a masterbuilt electric smoker and have been experimenting with briskets a tri-tip and beef short ribs. Looking forward to trying some new recipes and expanding my knowledge on this awesome forum.

I got the smoker stand and cold smoker attachments and some nice sharp knives for Christmas, so I will be looking forward to some new smokes as soon as all the leftovers from Christmas are cleared out.

Here are some of my first attempts. The ribs were good, but I should have left on a while longer to really melt that fat. The tri-tip had an amazing flavor and was really tender.
