My name is Fred and I live in San Antonio, Texas. I've been lurking a little and figured I'd join. I've been smoking on a masterbuilt electric 30" and recently added a 40" to my setup. I mostly smoke baby back ribs, pork butts, brisket, and sausage. I just smoked my first turkey today and it came out awesome! I've oil fried and infrared fried before and this was just as good if not better! I can see making one of each next year.
