Hello All,

I've referenced this site for recipes and info for a few years, but am just finally finding myself where I need to be able ask specific questions. I'm in Western Montana, 27, married, and just bought my first house :yahoo: Currently I have a 2014 Weber Genesis EP-330, and a cheapo charbroil side smoker that I keep at my in-laws's. Hoping to get a new smoker for my house, but have many questions on what would be best for living in a development with extremely small properties. Off to the equipment forum.

Welcome to SMF MThunter7mm!  That should do the trick on just about any game you can find. 

I can't imagine the properties are smaller in Montana than they are in a tract home in CA.  My lot is measured in square feet not acreage.  I smoke on my WSM and smoky grill on my Kettle all the time.  The smoke almost always flows into one of two neighbors yards.  No one has complained yet.  Plus, whenever inexpensive pork butts go on the smoker and I see open windows, the neighbors downwind usually get some pulled pork.  Here's a helpful tip: buy those Glad containers when you give them the goodies.  Tupperware is too expensive!
