  1. Hey everyone. Thought I had registered for the site a while back, but I guess I didn't. Been smoking and barbecuing for a long time, but always learning better ways to do it. Love trying new things and will be delving into curing sometime soon. Might not be until I get back to the states though. Anyway, can't wait to soak up more knowledge.

  6. There is some good sausage here. But better than that is Mett. It's ground up raw pork on a roll with onions, salt and pepper. Quite tasty. Once you get over the fact that it is raw pig.
