Total newbie here from Utah :-)
I have a brand new Trager and I've done one pork loin so far. Overcooked a little but it was still good. Ribs are my next project!
 
Hi Jim, welcome aboard. Practice makes perfect when it comes to smoking meat and that just gives you more excuses to smoke more meat. Enjoy your stay.
