Hi all, ive been smoking meat now for 14 yrars or so. Built a couple smokers. Last one a couple years ago on a trailer a 250 gallon round tank and a old fridge smoker. Starting to finish up on my new reverse 500 gallon beast. If anyone wants to check it out it in the reverse page lots of picts. Im here in michigan. Hoping for some decent weather this week but its michigan so who knows. One day 70 next day 20 and snow lol. Love to smoke anything, my motto if you can eat it you can smoke it. I own my one BBQ business now going on 3 years THE PIGS HEAD BBQ hoping to get in to some competitions this next year. There is some in michigan but hoping to get down into the bbq belt.
