Hi there, greetings from Michigan's frigid west side. New to the forum, its great to find so much useful advice on smoking. I've got a charcoal grill with a smoking box on the side, nothing fancy but it gets the job done. Always looking to improve the process and enjoy the results, so thanks for being here.
