Hi I'm James from Hampshire in the UK. Thank you for adding me to the site.
I have been getting into bbq cooking and am loving it.

Hi James and welcome to SMF. There are a growing number of us here from the UK and Steve has already mentioned about our annual gathering.

You will not regret going for the WSM or even a ProQ Frontier or Excel. Both will give you great straightforward reliable smoking with very little fuss. When you do get it make sure that you also invest in a good dual probe digital thermometer as the inbuilt ones are notably inaccurate. Something like a Maverick ET-732 or 733. To get the best out of the unit you should also invest in some good quality briquettes (something like Heat Beads) where from a single charge you will get 12 hours plus cooking at about 110 C.
