Good evening, my name is Jerry and I am just getting on SMF. I am in Norfolk, Va. I have a propane smoker that I got at Bass Pro Shop. Love it. I have been smoking meat (and anything else) for about five (5) years now. I find it to be a delicious hobby as do my friends and family. There is nothing better than smoked scallops or pulled pork BBQ. Carolina style of course. (Joke; I make it any way it is requested)
I have been gettting Jeff's newsletter for quit some time now. I noticed they had stopped coming so I signed up again. I also bought the book on my nook and refer to it often. I enjoy cooking and do many events for family and friend. Thank you all in advance for letting me in on some of your secrets. I hope to pass along a coiple to y'all too.
