What's up everyone? My name is Mike and I am in the USAF and stationed in Hawaii. I have never smoked a piece of meat in my life but hope to change that soon. My wife just bought me a MES 40" tonight and I plan on seasoning it this weekend. Excited for a new hobby and to learn how to cook meat low and slow. See ya!

are so many different ways to make great Q We all have our own taste.
