This has been a long time coming! I love spatched chicken, I love rotisserie chicken.! Now the OctoForks make Helicopter chicken a reality!

Will be served with a side of pinwheel corn.

Seasoned the bird with this stuff called simply Chicken Dust! Sent to me all the way from Texas. And here I thought all they knew in Texas was beef!

Man where do you find this stuff is it driven by a rotisserie motor? Home built barrel smoker too?

Waiting for finish pics.

That's the Minitisserie that I modified a mini-WSM a few years back. The OctoForks are from OctoForks. The rotisserie unit is the Grizzly Spit campfire rotisserie

Wrapped up just in time! Sorry no plated shots we grazed off the cutting board right by the minitisserie!

Please note i trussed the leg ends together just to keep them from flopping around. The OctoForks held the spatched chicken no problem!

Pretty cool! I was wondering how even it cooks. Judging from the platter. Done and juicy...JJ

I haven't had nothing fall off yet.

That bird looks great.

How was the corn?

Corn was great Adam. Was kind of weird though because the cobs were short and fat. Not sure where they came from but they were good.

Nice cook Case!  Roti corn?  Who woulda thunk!      I don't know if you have a ultra sonic cleaner but it'll clean those up to new in no time.

That's pinwheel corn!

What your supposed to remove the seasoning? Blasphemy! All I have is a sink and a dishwasher.
