It is the FEATURED posts that scroll right to left at the very top of the Home Page.

I was told before that it was on a 2 week timer. After 2 weeks things dropped off of it. Not sure if this is the issue today or not.

Yes all of the featured items had dropped off so when there are none it will go away. I have featured a few and we will get more going.
