2010 was an outstanding year for me and my family.  I am now looking to 2011 being even better!  I will complete the my last of three (3) back yard smoker's for my youngest son NLT Feb 4[sup]th , [/sup]and have a personal goal to increase my “Smokes” and get to trust a few more rubs (Jeffs is so good it's hard to try others).

I wish all of you a "Happy New Year" and hope your 2011 will be a excellent year too!
