Happy Fathers Day

UPS just dropped off my A-MAZE-N shipment. 28lbs of mixed goodness. And the 6-9 expandable. Thank you Amazen for the Fathers Day discount, greatly appreciated.
I didn't expect them until Monday, I'm a happy smoker. It showed up early. I'm going in for my first brisket tomorrow.

Yup, Smart n Final has some good prices every so often. They have pork shoulder for 99cents a #. I got that as well.

but doing a chicken on the egg tonight I think I've got the temp control figured out. Got a steady 275 for an hour now. Hmmm. Regardless, I will share.
